Shrubland Street Community Primary School

All children are expected to attend school during term time and, as such, the school monitors attendance. If you know your child will be absent, then school must be informed as soon as possible.

Time away from school during term time must be applied for via the school office. School will then review each application on a case by case basis. After this review it will either be authorised or not authorised. Any time taken during term time without authorisation will be registered as unauthorised absence.

All matters of unauthorised absence relating to a Leave of Absence will be referred to the Warwickshire Attendance Service (part of Warwickshire County Council).
